What We Handle

Heating services for Kirkland-area homeowners.

New Installation

Gas furnaces and electric air handlers, sized to your home and installed to manufacturer spec.

Furnace Replacement

Swap-out of an aging or failed furnace, with a documented startup before we call it done.

Diagnostic & Repair

No heat, short-cycling, or strange noises, diagnosed and explained before anything gets replaced.

Safety Inspection

Heat exchanger and venting checks, because a failing gas furnace is a carbon monoxide risk, not just a comfort problem.

Know The Warning Signs

Signs your furnace is close to failing.

Furnaces tend to quit during the coldest week of the year, because that's when they work the hardest. Catch the warning signs early and you replace on your schedule, not during a cold snap when every HVAC company in King County is booked out. A diagnostic visit tells you whether a repair will hold or whether replacement is the smarter call.

Schedule a diagnostic visit

Weak or uneven heat

Some rooms warm, some cold, or air from the vents that never feels properly hot.

Short-cycling

The furnace fires up, runs briefly, and shuts back down instead of completing a full cycle.

Rising gas or electric bills

A noticeable increase without any change in how you heat your home.

Age and repair creep

Repairs getting more frequent or more expensive on a furnace past its prime.

Premium Brands Only

Trane and American Standard, never a budget-tier furnace.

Matched coverage

Trane

10-year parts matched with 10-year labor. Quiet, efficient gas furnaces and air handlers built for damp Pacific Northwest winters.

Same engineering

American Standard

10-year parts matched with 10-year labor. The same equipment as Trane, sold under a second name.

Going electric

Air Handler + Heat Pump

Replacing electric heat? An air handler paired with a heat pump heats and cools from one system, and utility rebates can apply. We'll tell you straight which makes sense for your home.

The Headline Differentiator

A 10-year labor warranty, matched to the parts warranty in writing.

Most contractors register the parts warranty and stop there. On every Trane and American Standard furnace we install, the labor warranty matches it, year for year.

Written, Not Just Spoken

No service charge on covered calls.

Neglect voids most manufacturer warranties anyway, so ours simply matches what the manufacturer already backs, in writing.

Why Kirkland Homeowners Choose Us

A furnace install is only as good as the person setting it up.

Gas line, venting, airflow, and combustion all have to be right. That's why Mark and Vlad stay personally involved in every install.

02
Equipment selection, walking through Trane and American Standard options with honest sizing.
03
Installation to manufacturer specs, no shortcuts.
04
Documented startup: combustion, airflow, and safety controls verified.
05
Homeowner walkthrough: thermostat, filter schedule, and how your warranty works.
Utility Rebates

Gas furnaces don't earn utility rebates. Heat pump conversions do.

We won't invent a discount that doesn't exist: current utility rebate programs are built around heat pumps, not gas furnaces. But if you're heating with electric baseboards or an aging electric furnace, switching to a heat pump can qualify. We handle the paperwork and apply the discount upfront.

Heating FAQs

Answered plainly, like a contractor would.

Real answers to what homeowners ask before they call.

Still have questions? Call (206) 222-6023
How long does a gas furnace last?+
Most run 15 to 20 years with regular maintenance. Past that point repairs come more often, cost more, and efficiency drops. If yours is in that range and acting up, it's worth pricing a replacement before it fails mid-winter.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?+
Depends on its age, the cost of the repair, and how the system has been maintained. We diagnose first and give you a straight answer. If a repair will hold, we say so.
Do you install gas and electric heating?+
Yes. Gas furnaces and electric air handlers, both Trane and American Standard. If you're on electric heat, we'll also walk you through the heat pump option, which can qualify for utility rebates.
Can a failing furnace really leak carbon monoxide?+
A cracked heat exchanger on a gas furnace can, which is why heat exchanger and venting checks are part of our diagnostic work. If you ever suspect carbon monoxide, leave the house and call your gas utility first, then call us.
How does the 10-year labor warranty work?+
Trane and American Standard back their equipment with a 10-year parts warranty. We match it with a 10-year labor warranty in writing. If a covered issue comes up on a system that hasn't been neglected, no service charge.
How much does furnace installation cost in Kirkland?+
Cost depends on the size of your home, the equipment tier, and what your ductwork, gas line, and venting need. We'll walk your home, give you options, and provide a written quote before any work begins.
